07.03.08 - Scented stuff
Have you been shopping lately for laundry detergent or antiperspirant/deodorant or whatever thingie with some kind of perfume in it?
Thanks to Secret, your armpits can smell like Bali Coco Butter, Tropical Tango, Vanilla Chai, Botanical Silk, Tropical Satin, Velvet Powder, English Bloom, Brazilian Cherry, etc. This is just ridiculous! (and don’t say I’m just jealous cause there isn’t the Canadian Maple Leaf scent )
Do you really want your dishwashing soap to smell like Crisp Cucumber Melon? Palmolive now makes this Aromatherapy shit, http://www.colgate.ca/app/Palmolive/CA/EN/DishwashingLiquids/Aromatherapy.cvsp “Enriched with essences of Lavender and Ylang Ylang for a soothing and relaxing scent”, oh, give me a motherfucking break!!!
I don’t know about you, but it’s really starting to drive me crazy! Why do they have to add all those chemicals/perfumes in their products? My skin is pretty sensitive and doesn’t like perfume much, so I now need to stand in front of those products for a long time and carefully read the labels before I can find the “less-bad product”! I cant even imagine how bad those things must be for allergic people!

Re: 07.03.08 - Scented stuff
Isn't there even Modess with scents? Like, heh, everybody smells down there. I think it's gross.
I hate scented stuff as well. I'm not even a fan of perfume, which is supposed to smell, but yeah. Back in school I remember kids wanted the scented pens, now these days everyone wants to hang a scented thing in their cars, have incense around the house, etc. I think nature's got enough scents of its own, it's not necessary to invent more or spread them around.

Hahaha, i had to google "modess"! Sorry, but we dont have that brand over here And yes, i saw pads/panty liners and even tampons with scents . If it smells bad down there, just go have a fucking shower!
Talking about feminine stuff, hmmm... Happy Women's Day to all the ladies out there!
Ok, back to our topic now... Have you seen those Febreze ads? "Eliminate odors from fabrics while spreading a light fresh scent. Whether it’s car, pet, or general home odors, Febreze Fabric Refresher has a great solution."
It seems like most people are too stupid (or lazy) and they prefer to spray any chemical (and possibly toxic) stuff on their sofa instead of doing something fairly easy, i.e. cleaning the goddamn living room! Jeez, if it smells bad in your living room, maybe that's cause there's some rotten crap underneath the sofa! Covering up the smell wont make it disappear!

Hahahahahaahhaaaha lolz you're fun in GODDAMN! -mode.
Clean the goddamn living room, idiot!!
And lolz, very appropriate timing for this to happen: my dog is desperate over some scented card (!!!) thing I got from a store. And it's making her sneeze!

Lolz I just thought I'd quote this here 'cos it's so...
INCENCE
Incense is usually used to cover up odors (like drugs). Some just like that hazy touch and smell it adds to a room.
